The project methodology utilised by Aardvark is known as SCRUM. 

This enables the Project Managers or "SCRUM Master" a controlled process of gathering user requirements and short focussed implementations of functionality to deliver solutions in less time and with a lower budget.

This is a process that lends itself extremely well to SharePoint and .NET projects due to the dynamic and flexible nature of the product.

The main reason for this is the ability to break down the work in to short, iterative chunks, also known as “sprints”.

The Client has the opportunity to shape and manage the scope of all sprints throughout the course of the relationship with Aardvark.
